The small print
Plain English, short on purpose. English is the governing language of everything on this page; translated copies, where they exist, are for convenience. If anything here ever contradicts what the site says elsewhere, this page wins, and tell us so we fix the other one.

Who we are
Trigmark is run from the United Kingdom. Contact for anything on this page: [email protected]. Security reports: [email protected]. This is map edition 1.0.
Privacy
What we collect: almost nothing, and never silently.
- Playing the map needs no data at all. No account, no email, no cookies for tracking, no analytics scripts, no advert code. Your optional player name, play history and any member key are stored in your own browser on your own device, and never leave it.
- If you email us (an application, a submission, a vote, a school enquiry), we hold that email and its contents to deal with it and to run your membership. That's the lawful basis: doing the thing you asked us to do.
- If you become a member, payments are handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe's systems. We never see or store your card details. Stripe's privacy notice covers that processing.
- Anonymous counting: outbound clicks are counted per game per day, and public votes per game per month. To stop flooding, a one-way hash derived from the IP is kept just long enough to enforce the limit (same day for clicks, the voting month for votes), then expires automatically. Raw IP addresses are never stored, and nothing is ever linked to a person.
- Your rights: UK GDPR applies. Email hello@ to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you, and we'll do it. To delete on-device data, clear this site's data in your browser.
Membership terms
- Membership is by application and human approval. £2.99/month after a free first month, and your rate never rises while your membership is continuous. Cancel any time via Stripe; access ends at the end of the paid (or free) month, and nothing you could play free is ever taken away, because everything is free to play.
- Member keys are for you. Lending one to a housemate is life; selling or publishing one gets it revoked.
- Be decent in anything you submit. We can decline or remove submissions that are unlawful, hateful, or plainly not yours, and we'll always say why.
Suggestions and pitches
The suggestion box and Original votes invite ideas, and we love getting them. To keep that simple: anything you suggest or pitch is given freely. We may build it, adapt it, or not, without payment or obligation, and whatever we build is ours. Your games are always yours; your ideas for our games become part of the workshop. If an Original grows from your pitch, the credit we can promise is the honest kind: your name on it, gladly.
The gallery ownership promise
Your game stays yours. Placing a game in the Member Games gallery transfers nothing: no copyright, no licence beyond permission to display and link it while it hangs there, no revenue share, no exclusivity. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us, and it comes down. Gallery games are never claimed as Trigmark's, never rebranded, and never called Originals. If Trigmark is ever sold or shut down, this promise binds whatever comes next: your game leaves with you.
The whole map works on one courtesy: we link every game at its creator's own home instead of copying it onto ours. We ask the same in return. Link to anything on Trigmark from anywhere; links are always welcome. Hosting, embedding, or copying our Originals elsewhere is not permitted. Originals are the games we build in-house. Those are ours. The line between the two never moves in either direction.
The map itself
- We link to games on their creators' own sites; we don't host or control them, and their sites have their own terms and privacy practices, including their own adverts.
- Every link is checked by machine and by a human, but the web moves: if a link breaks or a linked game stops being free, tell us and it's fixed or removed same day. That's a promise, not a warranty, and the site is otherwise provided as-is.
- All game names and marks belong to their owners. Listing here is neither endorsement of us by them nor a claim on them by us.
